About Mirna, trainer at Discover your strengths
Hi,
my name is Mirna and it is a pleasure to meet you here.
I will be happy to welcome you on this workshop to share with you fun exercises, new discoveries and interesting facts about flow from the side of positive psychology - the science of happiness. Our focus will be on practical exercises and deep understanding of how can we create more flow in our lives.
But allow me to share a bit more about my background: I am a professional and interpersonal skills trainer since 2008, am actively focusing on positive psychology since 2009 and a coach since 2011.
I hold a Master in Applied Positive Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, where my main focus and my master theses were about training individuals on flow.
This journey led me to many discoveries that significantly impacted my own level of happiness and flow - and I would love to share some of these findings with you.
I enjoy delivering trainings and even after all these years, still nothing excites me more then when participants make a new personal discovery.
